Who is Orchid Living?
Orchid Living was set up in 2007 by business partners Howard & Tom to bring products together from all over the world.

How do we find our products?
We try whenever possible to meet directly with the skilled artisans who produce our items. We travel all over the globe, particularly South East Asia, bringing back furniture and accessories created with techniques often handed down from generation to generation.

Do we support fair trade?
Absolutely yes!! The suppliers we work with and many of the family units that we support are paid directly by us. We work without the use of a middle man ensuring that a fair price for the products is paid direct to the artisans. This assures that all monies go back in to the local communities helping the families to develop and share the skills and knowledge that they have, thus providing a better future for many more generations.

How can I be sure that if I have a problem with my goods, that someone will be there to help?
We are 100% committed to providing the highest level of customer service possible. Whilst we are an online company, we are only ever a phone call away! It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your items, if for any reason you are not, we will do everything we can to rectify the situation as quickly and smoothly as possible.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
We aim to get all items out for dispatch within 24 hours of purchase. Items will normally be received within 48-72 hours of purchase, although at busy times this may not be possible. Once an item is despatched, a confirmation email will be sent notifying you it has left our warehouse and giving any tracking information where applicable.
